About Basit
Basit Siddiqi is a CPA and owner of Basit Siddiqi, CPA. He has over 10 years of experience specializing in real estate taxation for individuals and partnerships.
Prior to opening his own practice, Basit worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, a “big four” public accounting firm, and Marcum, LLP a top 15 regional public accounting firm.
It was his experience at these firms where he learned about the advantages and loopholes available to real estate investors.
Basit is also an adjunct Professor at Baruch College’s CAPS (Continued and Professional Studies) program where he teaches Quickbooks to students.
